MESSAGE FROM THE PORT ST. LUCIE POLICE DEPARTMENT - It is important for residents to be registered with the City of Port St. Lucie emergency call system. Currently, the system works off of a known data base of home and business phone numbers. If you use your phone as a primary source of contact, you should sign up on the emergency call system by visiting the website at www.cityofpls.com/police/ . Once you are on the website, you will see a number of options listed in a column on the left of the screen. Find the option box that says "Register for First Call Emergency Notification Alerts". Click on the box and fill out the registration. If, however, you do not have access to a computer, you can register by calling First Call Alerts at 1-866-484-3264.

REGISTER WITH THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE SO THAT FAMILY CAN BE CONTACTED IN AN EMERGENCY OR IF IN AN ACCIDENT ON THE HIGHWAY Click on this link to get registered http://www.flhsmv.gov/driver-licenses-id-cards/emergency-contact-information-history/

FRIENDLY NOTICE TO ALL DOG OWNERS: Please be respectful of other owners. If your dog tends to bark a lot, or continuously, please do not leave it on your patio. Instead, you are asked to take it inside until it calms down.

OWNING A PET IS A PRIVILEGE AND SUN TERRACE IS PET FRIENDLY. However, a continuous barking dog becomes annoying to neighbors and is considered a nuisance. Thank you for understanding.Smile

Our HOA Insurance Agency is Rick Carroll.

For information on the proper coverage to obtain, you will need an H06 policy governed by the FL Statutes 720. The H06 policy is because of being a quad with 4 attached units and coverage covers the building and roofs. Having to be governed by FL Statute 720 is because you are in a Homeowners Association, not a Condominium Association FL 718. For a brief explanation of coverages on both parts, click on the link below.

Please take note that several complaints have been received recently about SPEEDING. Be sure to respect the posted speed limit in Sun Terrace!Smile

Since we are an active community, many residents are frequently walking their pets or riding their bikes or taking an afternoon stroll and have expressed their concern of the rate at which vehicles race into the community without slowing down. Therefore, with everyone's safety in mind, the Board of Directors is requesting that all homeowners and their guests abide by the posted                 20 mph speed limit of this community.

FOR HOMEOWNERS - Many vehicles that park in Sun Terrace do not have the required resident parking decal. If your car doesn't have the decal, please request one ASAP by contacting Tracy at 772-807-5215.  The decal must be affixed to the rear window, bottom righthand corner.
